  Image Credits: Google.com      ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರ ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಮೂಡಿಸುವ ಸದ್ಭಾವನೆ ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಶಿಸ್ತು ಬದ್ಧತೆ ಕಲಿಸಿದೆ. ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದರಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರದ ಐಕ್ಯತೆ ಸಾರುವ ಅಂಶಗಳು ಯುವಕರಲ್ಲಿ ದೇಶ ಅಭಿಮಾನ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಲಿದೆ ,  ಜಾತಿಭೇದವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ನಾವೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಒಂದು ಎನ್ನುವ ಭಾವನೆ ಮೂಡಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. * ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಭಾವೈಕ್ಯತೆ ದೇಶವೊಂದರ ಜನರಲ್ಲಿ ನಾವು ಎಂಬ ಭಾವನೆ ಬೆಳೆಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಒಗ್ಗಟ್ಟಿನಿಂದ ಇರುತ್ತಾರೆ. * ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರನಿಷ್ಠೆ ಯು ಇತರ ಎಲ್ಲ ಬಗೆಯ ನಿಷ್ಠೆ ಗಳಿಗಿಂತ ದೊಡ್ಡದು. * ದೇಶ ವಿಭಜಕ ಶಕ್ತಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ವಿಚಿದ್ರಕಾರಿ ಶಕ್ತಿಗಳನ್ನು ದೂರೀಕರಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. * ರಾಜಕೀಯ , ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ , ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಭಾವನಾತ್ಮಕ ಅಂಶಗಳಿಂದ ಐಕ್ಯತೆಯನ್ನು ಸಾಧಿಸುವುದು. * ಆದರ್ಶಮಯ ಗುರಿಗಳಾದ ಧರ್ಮನಿರಪೇಕ್ಷತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಜಾ ಸತ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಸಾಧಿಸುವುದು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಭಾವೈಕ್ಯತೆಯ ವಿಶಾಲ ಉದ್ದೇಶವಾಗಿದೆ.      ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಸದ್ಭಾವನಾ ಸವಿನೆನಪಿನಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜೀವ್ ಗಾಂಧಿಯವರ ಕುರಿತು ಕೆಲವು ಸಂಗತಿಗಳು. ರಾಜೀವ್ ಗಾಂಧಿ ಜನನ ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ 20,1944 ಮುಂಬೈಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜನಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ , ತಂದೆ ಫಿರೋಜ್ ಷಾ ಗಾಂಧಿ ತಾಯಿ ಇಂದಿರಾಗಾಂಧಿ. ರಾಜೀವ್ ಗಾಂಧಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ರಾಜಕೀಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಸಕ್ತಿ ಇರಲಿಲ್ಲ . ಇವರು ಮೆಕಾನಿಕಲ್ ಇಂಜಿನಿಯರಿಂಗ್ ವಿದ್ಯಾಭ್ಯಾಸ ಮುಗಿಸಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ಇವರಿಗೆ ಫೈಲೆಟ್ ಆಗಬೇಕೆಂಬ ಬಯಕೆ ಇ...

This model was postulated by Ross in 1969 in her book ‘On Death and Dying’ which was based on her work with terminally ill patients. According to the model, a person who is struck with grief (especially terminal illness) undergoes five emotions. The first one being denial wherein the person denies the existence of the grieving issue - by saying that the diagnosis of an illness is mistaken. Then the person feels anger and frustration as to why this grieving situation or an illness has stricken him/her.       After anger, the next stage is of bargaining where in the person tries to crack a deal with God to give him/her some extra time so that he...

      A library is said to be the “Heart of a College”. The quality of education given in college can be roughly judged from the type of books in its library. Buildings alone do not make a college. Every college must have a good library.   Our college library is housed in a small building. It has many books on various subjects. Students come to the library and take books of their choice either for reading in the library itself or for study at home.    Our college library is under the charge of a qualified librarian. Mr. Ganesha{sir} He is an efficient and hard working man. He is very helpful to students and members of the staff. He encourages those students to read as many books as possible. He is a strict disciplinarian. He makes sure that there is perfect discipline in the library.   Dr. S R Ranganathan (1892-1972)       August 12th is being celebrated as  National Librarian's Day in India, in remembrance of  National Professor of Library Science , Dr S R Ranganathan (1892-1972), who had spearheaded library development in India.      Shiyali Ramamrita Ranganathan (S.R.R.) 12 August 1892 – 27 September 1972) was a mathematician and librarian from India. His most notable contributions to the field were his five laws of library science and the development of the first major faceted classification system, the colon classification. He is considered to be the father of library science, documentation, and information science in India and is widely known throughout the rest of the world for his fundamental thinking in the field.      His birthday is observed every year as the National Librarian's Day...
