HAPPY LIBRARIAN'S DAY

 

   A library is said to be the “Heart of a College”. The quality of education given in college can be roughly judged from the type of books in its library. Buildings alone do not make a college. Every college must have a good library.

  Our college library is housed in a small building. It has many books on various subjects. Students come to the library and take books of their choice either for reading in the library itself or for study at home.

  

Our college library is under the charge of a qualified librarian. Mr. Ganesha{sir} He is an efficient and hard working man. He is very helpful to students and members of the staff. He encourages those students to read as many books as possible. He is a strict disciplinarian. He makes sure that there is perfect discipline in the library. He mainly performs the role of a teacher, information specialist, instructional partner, and program administrator.  He supports the students in learning and helps them develop into efficient independent readers and learners.

  The library facilitates each student with access to essential resources and learning material for a smooth learning process. It plays a vital role in a student’s life. The design, modern tools and strategies of our libraries change with the changing times.  Education and library cannot exist alone and are inseparable. The library is an essential part of the educational system.

The vision of the college is inculcated at Library services. Our library encompasses a wide variety of activities to help students to walk on the path towards knowledge. We thank our management Manasa Trust ® for providing support in making our library a unique one. Congratulations to our Proud Librarian Mr.Ganesha for equipping the library as a real resource hub.
