    Image Credit: Google ಗುರುಬ್ರಹ್ಮ ಗುರುವಿಷ್ಣು ಗುರುದೇವೋ ಮಹೇಶ್ವರ ಗುರು ಸಾಕ್ಷಾತ್ ಪರಬ್ರಹ್ಮ ತಸ್ಮೈ ಶ್ರೀ ಗುರುವೇ ನಮಃ ನಮ್ಮ ದೇಶದ ಮೊದಲ ಉಪರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಪತಿ , ಎರಡನೇ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಪತಿ ಹಾಗೂ ತತ್ವಶಸ್ತ್ರಜ್ಞರು ಆಗಿದ್ದ ಸರ್ವಪಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಧಾೃಷ್ಣನ್ ಅವರ ಜನ್ಮದಿನವನ್ನು (ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ 05) " ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ದಿನ"ವನ್ನಾಗಿ ಭಾರತದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರನ್ನು ಗೌರವಿಸಲು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಮಟ್ಟದ ಪುರಸ್ಕಾರಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಿ ಗೌರವಿಸಿದೆ , ಆದರೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಪರಿಶ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ಯಾವ ಪುರಸ್ಕಾರ ವೂ ಸರಿಸಾಟಿಯಾಗ ಲಾರದು. ಅವರದು ಸರಿಸಾಟಿ ಇಲ್ಲದ ಪರಿಶ್ರಮ ವೆಂದರೆ ತಪ್ಪಾಗಲಾರದು. ವಿಶ್ವದ ಎಲ್ಲ ದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ದಿನಾಚರಣೆ ಯನ್ನೂ ಬೇರೆ ಬೇರೆ ದಿನದಂದು ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ವಿಶ್ವ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಸದಸ್ಯ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿ ವರ್ಷ ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್ 05 ರಂದು ವಿಶ್ವ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ದಿನವನ್ನಾಗಿ ಆಚರಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ಯುನೆಸ್ಕೋ ಕರೆ ನೀಡಿದೆ. ಇಂದಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ   ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಪಠ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು   ಭೋದಿಸುವುದರ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಮಾನವೀಯ ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಹಾಗೂ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದ ಜೊತೆ ಸಮಾಜದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಂದಿಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿ ಕೂಡ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಮೇಲಿದೆ.   ಇಂದು ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರ ದ ಅಳಿವು ಉಳಿವು ನಮ್ಮ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಸೇವಾ ಮನೋಭಾವದ ಮೇಲೆ ನಿಂತಿದೆ...
